We’ve set a 35 character limit for custom request need names! Keep your need names short and sweet (under 35 characters) and put all the extra details in the request description. This change helps us keep things neat and tidy, especially improving the experience on the CarePortal mobile app.
Church/Champion Onboarding Emails & Email Verification Updates

We've jazzed up the emails sent to newly enrolled churches and champions to be clearer and more welcoming. Don't worry, emails customized by IPs haven't changed. Plus, we've tweaked the language on the email verification page for an even smoother experience.
Community Responder Enrollment Process Update
Affected roles: Network Leaders
We've streamlined the Community Responder enrollment process to clarify what choosing a community involves and made the community selection optional. Now, responders can skip joining a community that isn’t relevant to them.
