What to Expect:

We all have a role to play in caring for the most vulnerable in our communities. It requires leaders from all sectors - churches, businesses, nonprofits, and agencies - all working together. Join us for the 2025 CarePortal Conference as we reflect on our achievements and set the stage for the next decade of transformative work. This conference will equip, inspire, and connect you, strengthening our resolve and making meaningful connections to reimagine caring for the future.

Milestones and Timeline: 

• REGISTRATION:

  • September 3 - November 30th, 2024: Early Bird Registration ($119)

  • December 1, 2024 - March 31, 2025: Standard Registration ($149)

  • April 1 - April 28, 2025: Late Registration ($199)

This CarePortal Conference Invitation Toolkit is for network leaders to utilize as you invite, recruit and promote the CarePortal conference within your communities.
