Description: What should we have done? She came into our church office, she was homeless, and did she was unable to pay her utility bill. We were her last stop, she had checked with Catholic Charities, with the Human Service Fund and the church down the street and no one had anything to help her with and her utilities are going to be cut off and it is supposed to be freezing tonight! How much is your bill I asked? $1800 she told me. What should we do! How many times have our churches uncounted this person? What do we do? Who do we call? Will we be responsible for her freezing tonight?
