Overview
When you browse the web, most sites place a cookie on your computer to collect your activities and other data about you. When web pages become slow to load, a website displays a 400 error, or you no longer want the browser to fill out forms automatically, it's time to delete your browser's cookies. This article walks you through how to do so on every major browser.

Chrome
-
Select the three vertical dots in the top right corner to open the Chrome menu and select Settings.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Advanced.

In the Privacy and security section, select Site settings.

Select Cookies.
-
Select See all cookies and site data.

Locate both careportal.org and system.careportal.org and click the trash can icon next to both.

Close the Settings tab when you’re finished.
Internet Explorer
-
Select the gear icon and select Internet options.
-
On the General tab, in the Browsing history section, select Settings.

In the Website Data Settings dialog box, select View files.
-
Scroll through the list of cookies to find both careportal.org and system.careportal.org

Select the cookies and press Delete.

In the Warning dialog box, select Yes.
Firefox
-
Select the three horizontal lines and select Options.

Select Privacy & Security.
-
In the History section, select the Firefox will dropdown arrow and select Use custom settings for history.

In the Cookies and Site Data section, select Manage Data.

In the Manage Cookies and Site Data dialog box, select both careportal.org and system.careportal.org. You may need to do them one at a time.

Select Remove Selected.
-
Select Save Changes.

In the Removing Cookies and Site Data dialog box, select OK.
Safari
-
Select the gear icon to open Safari's menu and select Preferences.

Select the Privacy tab, then select Details.
-
Choose the site that placed the cookies in your browser (both careportal.org and system.careportal.org).

Select Remove.
-
Select Done when you’ve deleted all the cookies from Safari.
