What happens if personal information is posted?
CarePortal automatically blocks any attempts to post personal contact details, such as an email address or phone number, within the platform. However, any comment posted publicly that has content violating any of the concerns listed below should be reported. Reported posts will alert the CarePortal's Support Team so they can review the post and, if necessary, delete it.
