Adding Clickable Link For "Agency" In Specific Request View

When viewing a specific request as an RM, it would be very efficient if you could click on the agency that submitted the request and be taken to the Agency Page. 

This helps when viewing requests that have been on the platform for an extended period. Sometimes there is turn over with a reporting Agency, or the the original requestor is not responsive to communication. To have direct navigation to the Agency's page from the request view would expedient investigating why a request hasn't been closed, or if other issues got in the way of meeting the need. 

This is especially helpful for counties that have a large number of active agencies.
