Automated Away Message

I think it would be a great addition to the website for there to be a way for the primary point person/connecting church leader to have the ability to set an automated default message for if they are on vacation or sick leave. That way if a responder presses the “e-mail church leader” button from the church public site or the 'network' tab on a request, they will be notified if that person is away, and then there can be an alternative person established via the default message.

Another way to solve this would be to allow churches to customize who receives messages when people reach out with those features, or to deactivate the ability altogether.

The need for this became apparent when I was out of the country for two weeks. When I returned, a church member had accidentally responded to a need out of state. They had written me an e-mail, but since I was gone and they were not aware of it, they were very upset when I responded almost two weeks later.
