Filter users by county

I would love to able to filter users by county. 

I am a Regional Manager overseeing various counties and I would love to be able to filter to easily see who all my users within a certain area are. This helps with reporting, as well as being able to share direct impact with churches, donors, etc. It would also help me be able to export contact information to easily add it to my e-newsletters.
