Feature Request Summary: 

As an Agency Worker, I need a clear understanding of the next steps after I submit a request so that I and my approvers can act accordingly. 

Who: 

Agencies: Agency Admin, Agency Rep, Agency Worker

What:

Add a message after Request submission so that the submitter is clear on what the next steps are.  

Why:

This enhances the user experience and sets clear expectations.

1. Change below confirmation message to "Success! Request was created and sent to the designated agency contacts for approval. You will receive an email once approved."
