Automated Notification for Church Acknowledgment Completion
I would like to suggest a feature enhancement related to church onboarding. When a church is first onboarded, they do not always sign their acknowledgment documents immediately. Often, they prefer to review them later or walk through them with their church staff.
Currently, there is no system notification when those documents are completed, and I am unable to activate the church until they are signed. This creates the potential for delays if the church does not follow up by email to let me know the documents have been completed.
It would be extremely helpful to have an automated notification or status update that alerts the CarePortal Manager once acknowledgment documents are signed. This would help streamline the onboarding process, reduce delays, and ensure churches are activated promptly and ready to respond to needs without unnecessary follow-up.
