Filter for "Last submitted request"

It would be hugely helpful to be able to filter "last request submitted" for all my agency's at one time, so that I don't have to go into each agency one at a time to see when their last request submitted was. This will help us identify dormant agency's, this is especially important when we have donor's who pay fees to cover usage as we do in Chicago for our schools. This helps us be better stewards of those funds.
