Filter map to show open requests using URL parameters

Similar to how you can search for requests using URL parameters.  An example is an open search of Florida using URL

https://system.careportal.org/requests/search?state_id=10

Would like to see the ability to filter the map ( https://www.careportal.org/map/ ) by passing over a URL parameter.  If this feature was added could you also zoom the map down to that level so to make it easier for communities to see local needs.

  This update has been completed! You can now filter down request data via the new Marketing Map: https://system.careportal.org/map. Simply click on a state to see a zoomed-in version of that state and its recent activity with an updated state-specific URL as well.
