I would like to see this same idea, that a request can be flagged as "Ready to Close." Despite responders and point people following up with caseworkers, requests often do not get closed. Then an RM or ambassador is trying to sort through which requests are actually done, often with more and forth between churches and caseworkers. If the responder/ PP could just click a "Ready to Close" that flags these requests for both RM and Caseworkers, it would streamline a lot of back and forth emails!

This would be a huge help for for our requestors. With our child welfare agencies especially, it would help for them to be told when a church has finished making the connection and meeting the need for the family, so that they aren't having to try and keep track of which families they need to follow up with to know when to close. The language "Ready to Close" would be very user friendly and universal to all requestors.

Agreed! I was just coming to write this very thing. Too often I have to reach back out to either the donor, church point person, or Case Manager to confirm things have been completed. A button that donors can click that simply says, "completed" or "delivered" or ready would be super helpful. If it could then alert the case manager so they know to go in and close the request. In training it encourages response team members to email that. But they don't always remember (or get that training) and an easy access button would help.

I would like to request a button to click when I complete a delivery. I was preparing a report for our church andI wanted to show them the most up to date information but had to wait on the case worker to mark it as complete. Thank you for considering.
