Overview
CarePortal has added several important questions to the request process so that data can be used to conduct longitudinal studies (Flag: consider plain language β e.g., "track outcomes over time") and improve CarePortal's outcomes reporting. No case-specific data is shared publicly β only aggregate data is used. All Agency-specific data is available to Agency Admins for internal review.
If an Agency has a policy that would prevent caseworkers from answering these questions, the Agency can opt out and these questions will not be shown to any caseworker.

Agency settings
Agency Admins can adjust their Agency Settings from the Settings page.
Case ID question
Collecting the internal Agency identifier allows specific requests in CarePortal to be matched with specific cases in future studies. This creates the opportunity to validate outcomes.

1. What is the race of the child(ren) involved in the request?

Outcomes/impact questions

1. To what extent do you agree that partnering with the faith community through CarePortal on this request made you feel more supported in your work?
Note: If the caseworker agrees, an optional text box appears asking, "How did you feel supported?"
2. To what extent do you agree that meeting this request helped improve the well-being of the family/child(ren) involved?
Note: If the caseworker agrees, an optional text box appears asking, "Please share how this experience impacted the family."

Do we have additional outcome questions for schools? I don't see those listed in this article...
Hey Sarah, thanks for your comment! I just updated this article to clarify it a little bit -- in that bottom section, if a purpose statement is not listed, that means it does not have any additional outcome questions. So, to answer your question, school purpose statements do not have any additional outcome questions. Let us know if we can help with anything else!
