What is a CarePortal Implementing Partner?
As an Implementing Partner, you're a faith-based, Church-centered organization with a goal for the Church to be at the Point of Care for families and children in crisis. You have an interest in training Church and Agency partners to go deeper in collaboration around this work, and you have (or intend to create) capacity on your team to be involved in the day-to-day use of CarePortal alongside your Church, Champion, and Agency partners.

Implementing Partner Launch Strategy & Goals Discussion Guide
Training type: 1-on-1 meeting with local Area Director
Frequency: Single meeting with custom-scheduled check-ins
Commitment: 1β2 hours
Description: This discussion guide gives you and your Area Director a strong foundation by identifying your unique vision and strategy for how your network will get started and grow in a healthy way through the CarePortal platform. You'll discuss key decisions and important data that every Implementing Partner needs to think through as they prepare for their network's launch, and set consistent goals so your Area Director knows how they can best serve you and your organization.

CarePortal U: Platform Training
Training type: Hands-on lab tasks
Frequency: Self-initiated, on-demand
Commitment: Self-paced
Description: Once you get access to your CarePortal dashboard, you'll be directed to a set of tasks that show you how the platform works from within the safety of a Demo Environment. These tasks are separated into three levels: Foundation, Framing, and Roof. Each task contains step-by-step instructions that guide you through some of the most common ways you'll use the platform, allowing you to physically practice and explore on your own.
The result of this training will be a Workspace (Google Doc) full of answers to comprehension questions β and questions you didn't even know you had until you experienced the platform first-hand. These questions form the foundation for a self-scheduled 1-on-1 with one of our Field Training Specialists to review your Workspace and get the answers you need.
To get started, go to your Training & Resources tab in your CarePortal dashboard!
